First Steps Towards Change

With a breath of faith, the courage to change and the willingness to be supported, change will no longer be something you dream about.

Your first step is to connect with me on a call. As a result of this 30-45 minute free call, I’ll be able to sense what might be the best plan of action for you. Generally, with new clients I like to start with Reinvention Coaching.

Reinvention is the basis for all the other coaching models. In Reinvention, you create your vision without which keeps you moving in circles repeating the same old same old. This vision is your map and that map also helps me keep you on track until you can do that for yourself.

We spend a chunk of time unearthing your Limiting Beliefs (those you made as a child about yourself and the world around you) and changing them to new empowering beliefs that support your vision and movement forward versus sabotaging it.

Pulling on that thread we also dive into Unconscious Commitments – promises you made yourself about how to be. When there is a disconnect between what you say you want and what’s happening, it’s a sure sign that something else is at play.

We also investigate Self-Worth, Boundaries and Visibility (how we choose to show up in the world), and so much more. Everything we do in these 8 impactful weeks helps you weave together the life you want into a beautiful life tapestry that you get to step onto.

Important Considerations

  • Coaching is Never a One Stop Shop. It is an unraveling process that takes time and all of us (including me) benefit from looking at the same concepts again and again to reveal more insight and growth opportunities. Over the last several years for example, I’ve been coached in Reinvention, and all the subsequent coaching models that I’m certified in. Each time there is another layer to be found. As a coach I am committed to continue to do the work that I am inviting you to do.  This way I show up for you in an authentic way and can hold presence and space for YOU until you can do that for yourself.

  • This Work Requires Your Full Commitment, and courage. Be prepared that this process is not always flavored with butterflies and roses. You may “bump into yourself” along the way. Your ego wants to self-protect from change and will put up a little fight to retain the norm. The encouragement to remain patient and self-compassionate is huge along with you trusting your insights and wisdom.

  • Individual Vs. Group Coaching. Both have value. The one-on-one experience allows full individual attention and sharing without concern of what others think. Group coaching is also a rich and beneficial experience because we learn from each other and ultimately are inspired by each other. And, being heard by more than one individual can be empowering. I keep my group size small (around 10) so that there is intimacy and connection between people.
