Fall Retreat in Mazama
Embracing Change: The Outer & Inner Landscape
This is a small, intimate retreat where you'll receive personalized attention, support, and care. Together, we'll explore a full spectrum of yogic teachings designed to deepen your practice and expand your understanding—from asana, contemplation, mantra, breathwork, and philosophy to the art of bringing these practices into everyday life in meaningful and supportive ways.
My intention is for this retreat to feel like a warm blanket wrapping itself around you—a space where you can exhale, be nourished, and feel held with whatever is present in your life.
Each year, the group that comes together is unique. In many ways, it feels as though the retreat participants find one another. The combination of people is always different, always wonderful, and always exactly right.
I would be honored to have you join us.
